Long-term & liveaboard
A place to keep your boat — or live on it
Monthly and annual slip holders get 30/50/100-amp power, water, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned showers, laundry and plenty of parking. Liveaboards are welcome; many of our neighbors have been on the dock for years.
Slip holders also get an online portal to see their slip, keep registration and insurance current, and — if they rent their boat to overnight guests — manage their Airbnb or Vrbo listing and calendar in one place.
Approach
Getting here by water
Leave the ICW at MM 780
Turn into the San Sebastian River just south of the Bridge of Lions. Watch the current at the entrance on a strong ebb.
Follow the markers to Green 29
The channel is well marked. We're on your port side at green marker 29, just past the railroad trestle.

Call ahead on VHF 16 or (904) 827-0520 and the dock master will meet you at your slip.
